At HeyBoraa.com, we strive to deliver the best experience for all our customers and event attendees.

🏪 In-Store Purchases (Point of Sale at Boraa’s Comic Café)

  • Products purchased at Boraa’s Comic Café (Raipur) are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided:
    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid bill.
    • Food, perishable items, and opened merchandise are non-returnable.
  • No cash refunds will be provided for in-store purchases; exchanges or café credit vouchers will be issued.
  • For defective items, customers must report issues within 48 hours of purchase.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability and verification by staff.

💻 Online Orders (HeyBoraa.com / Culture Con)

  • Refunds are not applicable on digital products, event passes, or downloadable content once the order is confirmed.
  • Physical merchandise may be eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • You provide unboxing video evidence for damaged products.
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@heyboraa.com with your order ID and product details.

🎟️ Event Passes & Ticket Purchases

  • All event tickets and passes are non-refundable once booked.
  • Transfers or upgrades may be allowed only under exceptional circumstances (subject to organizer approval).
  • If the event is postponed or canceled by organizers, a full refund or replacement pass will be provided within 7–14 working days.

💳 Refund Timeline (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • For Cashfree / Razorpay payments, processing time depends on your payment provider.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Customized, made-to-order, or digital items are non-returnable.
  • Food and beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are not applicable on discounted or clearance merchandise.
